Armani’s Residences, Casa boutique, flagship, and ristorante opens in New York.
Coinciding with his 90th birthday and the 50th anniversary of his brand, Giorgio Armani has come to New York. During his trip, the fashion mogul has unveiled a new building on Madison Avenue that houses Armani’s flagship store, Casa boutique, residences, and a restaurant. On Thursday evening, he also presented the brand’s Spring/Summer collection.
The London underground Elizabeth Line by Grimshaw Architects wins the Stirling Prize.
The Elizabeth Line, designed by Grimshaw Architects, won this year’s Stirling Prize for its contribution to London’s transportation infrastructure. Stretching 62 miles with 26 new miles of tunnels and 10 new stations, the project was praised for its efficiency and for supporting the city’s carbon neutrality goals.

Faena Group will bring a BIG-designed hotel to New York City’s High Line next year.
Buenos Aires-based Faena Group is expanding to the West Chelsea neighborhood of New York next year. The property, designed by Bjarke Ingels Group, will feature 120 rooms and will overlook the High Line.

The FTC is requiring companies to make subscription cancellations as easy as signing up, with its “click to cancel” rule taking effect in 180 days. It also targets deceptive marketing where companies charge customers after a free trial without clear consent or easy cancellation options. The rule mandates clear disclosures about charges and cancellations, proof of consumer consent, and penalties for companies that fail to comply.
